Day one of the UK nationals saw us racing in a very competitive fleet and big breeze. Wind was gusting 29knots and the sea was very choppy and messy. Our main goal for the regatta is practice our starts. It is something that we have been training really hard on in the past month or so as this was one of our biggest problems in previous regattas. We are very happy to say that on that department we have seen a massive improvement, we had really good starts today and even winning a start. So I think it was a good day.
